Since 2020, the studio has been engaged in the implementation of the Concept Plan for the renewal of the Georgian city of Tskaltubo with local studio Baudesign LLC. The challenge undertaken is to reinterpret the city’s tourist vocation by transforming Tskaltubo from a Soviet resort to a coveted Georgian destination.
